1. Acceptance of Terms

‍Upon payment of the one-time fee of $599 USD, DentistMailingList.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to access and use the Database for your own personal or internal business purposes. This license does not permit you to:

‍Resell or Redistribute: You may not sell, lease, rent, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Database or any portion thereof to any third party.

‍Make Public or Share: You may not make the Database or any of its contents available to the public or share access credentials with others.

‍3. Ownership
‍The Database and all its contents, including but not limited to data, information, software, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by DentistMailingList.com or its licensors. Your license to use the Database does not grant you any ownership rights.

‍4. Accuracy of Data
DentistMailingList.com makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the data within the Database. However, we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of the information. You acknowledge that you use the Database at your own risk.

‍DentistMailingList.com reserves the right to terminate your license to use the Database at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Database and destroy any copies you have made.
